We are a group for Kol Dorot empty (or nearly empty) nesters interested in building a new community to make friends and enjoy activities together as we embrace a new phase in our lives. 

 

In our short time together, we’ve already hosted a cocktail party at a member's home, enjoyed an evening of comedy and Italian food, participated in a potluck dinner and took an afternoon stroll along the Walkway Over the Hudson.

Looking ahead, we want to make sure there's something for everyone. Plans include walking tours in the city, museums and art exhibits, cooking classes, forming a book club, volunteering, seeing shows and more!

So if your children are nearing the end of high school or heading off to college, grad school or their first jobs, then the Empty Nesters is for you. 

 

We hope if you are reading this and have the time as a new or seasoned empty nester that you will join our group -- all of the time or just some of the time; whatever works for you!
